Our Free Tasting is designed for full-service catering customers looking to host 75+ guest. For smaller parties, we recommend a self serve setup. You can order our main dishes and smoked meats by the pound.

Although same-day times might show as available, please allow for at least 48 hours of lead time for online reservations. If you do not receive a confirmation call/email from the store within 48 hours of your reservation, please call us immediately at (425) 483-7001 to make sure your spot is on our calendar. Thank you!

After submitting your request we will call to confirm your date and time via phone. If you have not heard from us by the prior day to the appointment, please call the store to confirm we received your request. Thank you!
